UK Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping and Returns Policy for the United Kingdom:

  • At the moment I am ONLY ABLE TO SHIP WITHIN THE UK and USA! I hope to be able to ship to other countries asap
  • I strive to ship all orders within one week of receiving payment
  • Shipping costs are fixed rate. At the moment it is £1.5 for orders under £9 (sticker orders), £3 standard shipping (For orders £9-£60) for shipping anywhere in the UK, and free shipping for orders above £60

Returns:

  • Due to the uniqueness of each lino piece, I cannot accept returns based on inconsistencies in the print
  • However, if your product is faulty or defective in some way, please contact me within 5 days of receiving your order and I will work with you to resolve the issue
  • If you order a clothing item in the wrong size, you can return it for a replacement or store credit. However, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost. The garment must be unused, unworn, and in perfect condition to be eligible for an exchange. Exchanges are dependent on availability
  • To initiate a return, please contact me at hello@mayajonahart.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or store credit
  • Refunds will be processed within one week of receiving the returned item
  • Please note that refunds may take a few weeks to appear on your bank statement

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are only accepted for clothing items ordered in the wrong size. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost and any additional shipping costs associated with sending the replacement item
  • Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested item

Gift Cards:

Gift cards are non-refundable

Purchases made with a gift card will be treated the same as any other purchase. Refunds will be issued back onto a gift card with the same expiry date as the original

Quality Guarantee:

I stand behind the quality of my products, and while I always quality check items before they are sold, sometimes things will be missed. If your items has a defect in materials or workmanship, or you believe your product to be faulty in any way, please contact me within 5 days of receiving your order and we will work together to solve the issue
