UK Shipping and Returns Policy
Every lino piece is one-of-a-kind, and while I take pride in my printmaking process, and aim to achieve some level of uniformity between all the pieces, some inconsistencies cannot be avoided.
The texture and colour of the paper will be unique in every piece, as I mainly use (and am slowly switching over to only using) handmade Khadi papers. They have a lovely natural feel, and this involves some inconsistencies in texture, colour, and sometimes even size.
Lino itself as a medium can be quite inconsistent. This is the beauty of it! This means that prints can differ in texture, colour, and opacity. Something else to consider with lino is the little lines and marks that can be left behind by carved pieces of the block that "mistakenly" pick up and transfer ink. I personally think this is part of the charm.
This means that unless you are purchasing a one off piece like a painted wall hanging, the photo on the listing will only be an example of the print you receive. The one you get could have extra little marks, or it could potentially have less!
By purchasing a lino print from me, you are agreeing that you understand that your lino may differ slightly to the one on the listing, and that you are ready to embrace and appreciate the differences!

Shipping and Returns Policy
- At the moment I am ONLY ABLE TO SHIP WITHIN THE UK and USA! I hope to be able to ship to other countries asap
- I strive to ship all orders within one week of receiving payment
- Shipping costs are fixed rate. At the moment it is £1.5 for orders under £9 (sticker orders), £3 standard shipping (For orders £9-£60) for shipping anywhere in the UK, and free shipping for orders above £60
Returns:
- Due to the uniqueness of each lino piece, I cannot accept returns based on inconsistencies in the print
- However, if your product is faulty or defective in some way, please contact me within 5 days of receiving your order and I will work with you to resolve the issue
- If you order a clothing item in the wrong size, you can return it for a replacement or store credit. However, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost. The garment must be unused, unworn, and in perfect condition to be eligible for an exchange. Exchanges are dependent on availability
- To initiate a return, please contact me at hello@mayajonahart.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or store credit
- Refunds will be processed within one week of receiving the returned item
- Please note that refunds may take a few weeks to appear on your bank statement
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are only accepted for clothing items ordered in the wrong size. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost and any additional shipping costs associated with sending the replacement item
- Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested item
Warranty:
- I stand behind the quality of my products, and offer a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If you receive a faulty product, please contact me and we will work together to solve the issue
